[ Actually, since Nishitani cannot cook or do... much of anything useful, this party is going to be BYOB. But nonetheless, Nishitani is doing the handing-out-flyers thing, sliding notes by people's doors or handing them to them if he sees you.
He's happily hanging out in the kitchen, drinking some celebratory sake and smiling and waving at people who enter and get to enjoy his needlessly cheery face. Boy, it feels good to catch a killer and have it be an asshole! Oh, boy!
