ain't no party like a murdergame afterparty, cw: some mentions of alcohol
[--cuz a murdergame afterparty is horrifying and sad and possibly a little threatening if Mahiro insists on bringing his gun with him, please don't do that buddy.
Honestly, guys, we're running out of cooks at this rate. But it's nice to gather after horrifying events, and so while Rosalind's cooking skills are absolutely terrible, her alcohol-pouring skills are a little better. Come have a glass of wine or three and ruminate on the fact that there's only fourteen of us left.]

elliot ;~;
Elliot, you're not cursed. We've all lost people that we cared about while we were here... it's the Sage who's responsible for bringing about all this misery and suffering.
[Speaking a little softer, she rubs gentle circles on his back.]
I know how you feel though. I know you're trying to make sense of all this, but there is no correlation here between your presence and danger to others, so please don't think like this. At the very least, I know your presence is keeping me safe. There are days when I think to myself that going after the Sage might just be worth it, despite the consequences. But knowing how you'd feel if I did... I could never do that.

He wraps his arms around Misora in kind, hugging her tightly.
He stays like that for a moment longer before responding.]
...it's the same for me, you know? This last week, especially... it's... if they'd taken Rean, they were gonna take everyone. [His friends from back home, he means.] And Ayumu and Hiyono, too...

[And she had been wrapped up in her own frustrations and avoiding extended conversations to avoid snapping at people unnecessarily to have been much of a reassuring presence. Looking at it now, she isn't very proud of her conduct.]
... I'm sorry, I wish I could end this for you. But we have to be strong, right? You mustn't let fear control your life here. We may not live much longer, so it's better if you spent your time with the people you still care about while you can.
[A beat.]
Come on, I'll help you put the mattress back.

Still, he nods.]
It's... it's okay. [To everything, really.] You don't have to help me. I pushed it here, I can push it back. I-it's not like I can't use the exercise, right...?

I think I can let you off the hook today, scamp. [She lets go, smiling.] It'll be faster this way and afterwards we can find Ayumu-kun and Hiyono-chan. ....Or maybe we should leave the two lovebirds alone, huh? You could teach me how to play a song on one of those instrument things opstairs.

[Stated light heartedly, but she means it completely seriously. With that said, she begins to push the mattress back towards mourning room 2.0.]
