Ultimately what happens from here is entirely in your hands, but for the first time in eight weeks everyone is alive and whole again (even that pesky merman). There is that corruption you should deal with, but surely you know what to do about that.

Once you've settled and wound down a bit, maybe you should relax a bit before going your separate ways. You've earned it.

Look, I know things got tense and heated because of the gun situation, Mahiro-kun. [And no, she still hasn't stopped frowning over the Mako situation.]

But when you go home, I hope you're able to find Aika's killer. I've no doubt that if anyone can, it's you.

I know. You're going to take matters into your own hands and kill them, even if being caught and paying the price will mean the end of your own life as you know it. To you... maybe that's worth it. It's worth it to a lot of people.

[Not everyone can be talked down out of an escalated situation. Sometimes the safest route to de-escalating is to take out a target... even if she doesn't like it. Misora pauses for a moment.]

But maybe... you'll find something worth more to you than revenge and you'll keep living for that. [A beat.] In the end, that's only a hope of mine.
