[Tiki wanders into the great hall expecting company, expecting a full room just like before to abate her loneliness and what she finds instead is...Mahiro, chillin'.

Okay. Cool. Fine. She'll throw a goddamn party herself IF THAT'S WHAT'S HAPPENING, TRY HER.

So she drags one (1) rude teen into the kitchen despite protests that he can't cook, finds Eizen actively in the middle of cooking, and takes full advantage of the situation and also her own cute charm until curry for two turns into curry for twenty four.

Everyone will find notes slipped under their door, courtesy of Tiki's new gopher since he refuses to cook, the first part written in loose, loopy handwriting like an elementary schooler who hasn't quite gotten the hang of the cursive they've been taught:]

Let's meet in the Great Hall together in about an hour and have dinner again this time, so nobody has to be alone.

I don't know why we're doing this after someone died from getting poisoned through food but at least there won't be any fucking cake. Don't come if you don't want to.

in the Great Hall, Tiki's hard at work setting up Eizen's mabo curry for the taking (and she's bullied him into making exactly one plate of non-spicy curry because she loves Hanyuu), and also hard at work into bullying Mahiro into helping her set up silverware and plates and beverages. It's not much, but it's here.]

[Misora manages a smile as Mako approaches. Despite the way it looks, she doesn't mind the company. She simply didn't want to be sitting at the tables where the smell of food was stronger and making her a touch queasy.]

What a mess, huh. Senhime-san really didn't seem like the type at all.

[And in the end, that's the part that keeps making her question whether she's learned anything at all from the past.]

Yeah... And how are we supposed to trust anyone after that? She always seemed like she was trying the hardest to make sure we got out of this alive.

[a frown, and then a sigh, as he glances at Naomi.]

Everyone's worried about the obvious villains, when maybe we should be looking at everyone closely.

[Mako has a point there, which she mulls over a mouthful of curry. She'd look more thoughtful about it, but the dish is spicier than what she was expecting and winds up coughing instead/fanning her mouth instead. Very dignified.]

You're- you're right about that.

[She clears her throat.]

From the start that's what we should have been doing.

[it was good curry, that's for sure. He blinks when she coughs, even though she's... seemed to recover well? A beat, after her last statement]

We should have. To be honest, I'm still not sure how the motive that's given out works. Do you get that, even if you're caught? Or is it only successful if you're not?

[Mostly recovered yes! She regains composure fairly quickly.]

That'd be a good question to ask either the Sage or the Teishu... but something tells me only succesfully getting away with murder yields the desired outcome.
