Unless you're outside the change in the environment is subtle, a spike of electricity in the air that lasts only for a moment. What awaits you when you climb the stairs are three new corridors and one ornate, black, wooden door directly opposite the solar. There's a keyhole here so you don't need to worry about trying to force it down (and you still have that key don't you?) but it would be wise to explore the rest of rooms first.

It looks like it's a faded logo, like an incomplete bullseye or a C within a c, depending on how you look at it. The outer ring is blue, and the inner ring is black.

There were words underneath it (two of them), but they're too faded to read. What to next? ]

Since you're Japanese, you may have seen one of these when you visited a temple or even in an anime or movie perhaps. It's an ofuda, and like everything else in here it's very old so you might want to be careful with it.
