Week 4
Week 4
Sunday - Thursday
You've lost four in the past week—Machias, Vanitas, Natalia and Edna. Just in time for the fourth week to roll around, for those of you who are superstitious. But it really isn't like you could forget that death is a common occurrence in this castle, whether you believe in legends or not. Some of you might find solace in the chance to recuperate and move on, if you're still up for companionship with your fellow warriors.
Either way, dawn is soon upon the castle and like it or not, you will all have to face whatever comes this week.
Like before the pattern repeats itself, with new areas revealed for you to explore. It may be that something worth discovering lies in wait to be found, or you can simple enjoy the new additions for what they are. Distractions are most likely welcome, regardless of your feelings of the past week.

[She nods towards the piece in question.]
There are six different types of pieces, and each one moves differently. There are different strategies, but we shan't go into that right now. Go on the other side.

Alright, he's willing to give this a try.
Off to the other side of the board he goes! It's... a lot bigger than it looks from a distance, wow.]
Alright, how do you figure out who goes first?

[She says it as she moves her first pawn forward, just to be sure he doesn't feel as though he's at the disadvantage already.]
Now, the pieces are as follows: pawns, castles, knights, bishops, and a king and a queen.
[Carefully and methodically, she labels each piece and goes over how each one moves. She watches him throughout, making sure he understands each explanation.]
