Week 4
Week 4
Sunday - Thursday
You've lost four in the past week—Machias, Vanitas, Natalia and Edna. Just in time for the fourth week to roll around, for those of you who are superstitious. But it really isn't like you could forget that death is a common occurrence in this castle, whether you believe in legends or not. Some of you might find solace in the chance to recuperate and move on, if you're still up for companionship with your fellow warriors.
Either way, dawn is soon upon the castle and like it or not, you will all have to face whatever comes this week.
Like before the pattern repeats itself, with new areas revealed for you to explore. It may be that something worth discovering lies in wait to be found, or you can simple enjoy the new additions for what they are. Distractions are most likely welcome, regardless of your feelings of the past week.

why is that the most accurate name...
He can't. Natalia, Machias, Sen, Asch - they'd all be disappointed in him. He has a promise to keep.]
And I'd feel super awkward if you guys did that for me. Not that I wouldn't appreciate it, but I don't want you guys to go out of your way for me, either.
We're all hurting right now, right? So we should all look out for each other, just like before. We're still Team Roomie. And I think that's what our missing two members would want.
[He wishes he could sound like he believes that. Because he does, genuinely, but it's still hard to try to pull himself together and move on so quickly.
It's all they can do, though. The castle does not give them time to mourn. If they have any hope of surviving, of figuring this place out, they need to keep going, no matter how difficult that may be.]

Her expression falters for a moment as Misora bites the inside of her lip. It's not her fault and she's under no delusion that her words alone have that much influence over another person, but a vague sense of guilt still puts a knot in her stomach. Breathing out, she forces herself to look back up at Elliot though.]
That is what they would want, yes. So clearly, they wouldn't object to us making you some breakfast for a change, right?
[The cheer is... well. Rather obviously forced. But it doesn't stop Misora from trying it anyway.]

Well, it's like he just said - they're all hurting, and it's no wonder that it shows even with Misora, who's arguably been the strongest of all of them so far.
If she's like this and this is something she wants to do so badly, who is he to say no?]
Aha... well. I've got nothing, so I guess you win.
[We're going to assume he handed off the other cup to Rhoda or something, so his hands are empty when he goes and sits himself on his bed.]
But I still got to make you your coffee, so that makes us even. [If they can still manage to tease each other, despite everything, then maybe things won't be as bad as they could be. Right?]

[She sips at her coffee, taking a seat on her own bed. She shakes her head.]
That just makes us sound like miserly scrooges somehow.

[He shakes his head quickly.]
Just kidding around. I wouldn't think of you like that for a second.
