Week 4
Week 4
Sunday - Thursday
You've lost four in the past week—Machias, Vanitas, Natalia and Edna. Just in time for the fourth week to roll around, for those of you who are superstitious. But it really isn't like you could forget that death is a common occurrence in this castle, whether you believe in legends or not. Some of you might find solace in the chance to recuperate and move on, if you're still up for companionship with your fellow warriors.
Either way, dawn is soon upon the castle and like it or not, you will all have to face whatever comes this week.
Like before the pattern repeats itself, with new areas revealed for you to explore. It may be that something worth discovering lies in wait to be found, or you can simple enjoy the new additions for what they are. Distractions are most likely welcome, regardless of your feelings of the past week.

You can contact the sage with your pendants here, and the teishu here.)

Firebending... though I guess it's just the movements, now, since my bending's blocked for some reason.
[he places a hand on his hips and sighs.]

[She looks pensive for a moment.]
Even stranger that those with magical abilities had them stripped away considering the Sage wants us to kill each other.

[he doesn't like it being compared to magic, though... but he's all but given up on it]
no subject
That's unfortunate. I suppose the Sage did it to create a "level playing field" though... it certainly mostly served to make those who rely on magical powers more defenseless than the average person.
Still... you said you could fight, right? Armed or unarmed?
no subject
[so basically the sage made the playing field a little uneven for him]
The one advantage this gives me is I figure chi blocking will be less annoying now.

It's better to focus on gains than mope about the losses, yeah....
Care to show me?
[Here, she steps back into a standard boxing position, fists up. She'd probably be a little easier to take seriously but that awful shirt is... really distractingly awful.]

[... that is a pretty bad shirt, but. He can learn to ignore it. He's ignored his brother's unfortunate fashion choices before??
So, he crouches, one of his arms extended, the position should look vaguely familiar to her.]
