Week 7

Sunday - Thursday

With the loss of two more warriors, the castle has grown even quieter still. Such a thing was always bound to become a consequence of your stay here, though the actual reality of it may be more unpleasant. There's been little in the way of parties, which isn't too much of a surprise given your dwindling numbers, but it's still better than nothing, correct?

As with every other week, new locations have been unveiled for you all to either explore or use to casually gather within. If you've been keeping an eye on the cherry blossoms, you'll note that they look just about ready to bloom. The important thing is, of course, that they haven't. But it's only a matter of time, now.

[Kizakura passes his hand through his face again, cornered. This wasn't supposed to go like this! Why now?! Thanks a lot, dead people, he's so blaming all of you if anything goes wrong!

He gestures with urgency. The universal 'stop talking' gesture, the silence gesture, he points at his pendant, and he continues insisting all the while:]

I'm not the spy and I haven't spied for anyone! Seriously!

[And mouths, in case it wasn't clear already:

"Cut it out already, all of you! Don't ruin it!"]

[He slides a piece of paper across the table, giving him a short look.]

Would you please list out the identities of people you think are the spy, then? I want to believe you, so we must go through all we know very carefully.

[Ayumu mouths something back: "Write down what you don't trust to speak aloud if you can".]

Look. People are innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. Make a better case against Kizakura-san, otherwise you're just harassing him.

[....And this is where Misora starts wondering if they're all going to be forced to watch an execution if they don't all shut the fuck up and pretend they don't know anything.

And frankly? Kiza is way more useful alive than dead.]

Looks like even if he wanted he just can't talk about it. Maybe he won't, for as long as he has that pendant on]

People get too easily excited over nothing sometimes.

[MIsora pulls her pendant out from the inside of her shirt. It's tightly wrapped up in insulating fabrics from the sewing room.

[Well he's whispering, that's good?]

I won't push my luck. I'll only say it once:

You all need to pretend those messages about the spy never arrived. I don't think I'm in danger -- I can't explain why. If he knows you all know, it's over for everyone.

[He sounds completely serious about that, at least.

And just like he stated: he'll refuse to elaborate. Sorry, guys]

That doesn't make sense, Kizakura-san. Why would the Sage take us out, but not you? Why did you betray us in the first place and whose side are you reall y on now?

[Is he going to answer any of those things?? Misora is doubtful af.]
