Final Investigation

Unless you're outside the change in the environment is subtle, a spike of electricity in the air that lasts only for a moment. And if you're outside, well, it's hard to miss the blossoms of the sakura tree as they fall in a flurry. It's rather beautiful, if not somewhat disturbing; sometime in the past few hours, they've changed color from a cheerful pink to a blood red.

Regardless of whether you see that as an omen or not, you'll hear what comes next through your pendants:

What awaits you when you climb the stairs are three new corridors and one ornate, black, wooden door directly opposite the solar. There's a keyhole here so you don't need to worry about trying to force it down (and you still have that key don't you?) but it would be wise to explore the rest of rooms first.

Best to be prepared and all.

It's blinding in here... how can he stand it?

Hiyono actually wanders in, looking meaningfully at that bed.]

[ Now that you're fully inside the room, you can take stock of your surroundings (even if you might need sunglasses, damn). The layout of this room actually mostly mirrors your personal ones, albeit with much less furniture, and it definitely feels almost sterile in comparison. From what you can immediately see there is a bed, a work area with a desk, and the back of the room with the bathroom and closet.

The aforementioned bed is actuallyoff-white if you're staring at it hard enough, but something else on it will probably catch your attention first. Seems like there's a red bedrunner draped across the bed; at least there's a little color in here?

Also, this room has a sweet panoramic window which overlooks the outer courtyard— you could see almost everything outside with this view. It's probably best to split up and see what you can find from this point! ]

[OH ME OH MY let's see what Sage-san keeps tucked away in his bed, shall we?]

[ Assuming you're going to be nosy and inspect that red bedrunner(?) you'll notice it isn't a bedroom accessory at all. It's actually a worn, red sash that has seen clearly seen it's better days. Weird, because everything else in here appears to be kept in pretty well condition besides.

Of course that's not all there is to see here, so where else are you looking in the bed? ]

You've found a plain wooden chest. Jackpot? ]

[Alright though, can she open up that chest or is it going to turn out to be locked, thus necessitating the patented hairpin lockpick technique, she can do that as a stalker.]

[ For some reason, this chest isn't locked! Small victories.

There's three objects inside, an old piece of paper, what appears to be a wrapper of some kind, and a light blue and black sticker.

Which are you going to look at first? ]

[Glancing at that blue and black sticker first actually, since it's the most eye-catching.]

It looks like it's a faded logo, like an incomplete bullseye or a C within a c, depending on how you look at it. The outer ring is blue, and the inner ring is black.

There were words underneath it (two of them), but they're too faded to read. What to next? ]

[ Let's start with the bathroom, then. It's very, very clean in here! And once again everything is white I am so sorry for your irises.

Ah, but there's something stuck to the mirror. ]

...Tube? [He actually says this out loud in disbelief. The heck does that mean?

Can he take that off the mirror, or is it firmly affixed there?]

[ The sticker is actually peeling off, so if you want to finagle it a bit, yeah you can Elliot. That's all there is to find in the bathroom (what a prize am I right?), but there is something on the windowsill just outside of it! ]

All right, well. Any excuse not to look at the eye-searing bathroom sounds like a good one, so what's over here on the windowsill?]

[ An hourglass. A fancy looking one at that too, it's gold and everything. Maybe you should inspect it closer? ]

[Ayumu will leave Hiyono to tossing the Sage's bed, he's going to go check out that work area and desk. It seems like a prime area to look for information, anyway. Or at least any smoopy poetry about Sen-chan.]

[ In continuing with the trend of this room, there's a red object on the desk, in addition to a single piece of paper. What are you going to look at first? ]

[Hmmm... Might as well inspect the object first.]

[ What you're looking at is a red gem, specifically a ruby. It would almost look similar to the rubies you've seen on the pendants here, except it's dull and not attached to a wooden amulet. ]

[A ruby..... The shape and condition isn't lost on him, either. An old amulet? He's tempted to tap it, but it doesn't look like it will react in any way.

What about the paper?]

[ The paper strangely doesn't have any words written on it, what you'll see is:
