Week 6

Sunday - Thursday

Another week of misfortune has passed by and while the end result is that there won't be any issues to anyone's existence being altered for the worst, it doesn't mean anyone's celebrating. If anything, the stressful machinations of the recent trial would require some of you to have someone champion some sort of recuperation amongst you in an attempt to relieve the strain. Whether or not its entirely successful in doing so is up to each individual. After all, there are some of you who are naturally able to endure more than others.

There's not even much time for that before the dawn of the next week is upon the castle. As it comes, everything seems quiet, which is understandable, considering that five lives were lost in the previous week.

Of course, the next best thing to focus on would be what's been newly revealed within the castle. It'll help most of you get your mind off of the current situation to an extent—distractions have a way of making that possible. Presuming, by chance, you do find yourself taking a peek at the sakura tree, you'll notice that the buds have started to finally open up. Is it time for spring at last? If so, you might find yourself wishing that the season would suddenly find itself on hold.

[Admittedly Mahiro didn't think Miyamura was stupid, but it was easy to forget that sometimes with the way he acted.]

So whose name do we think we're trying to find here?

The Teishu's? There's tales of powerful spirits and gods being bound by their names, in any case.

Or the Sage, he's the one hidin' behind a title. Got real offended when I suggested his name might start with an M- just cause of the scroll we found.

I don't need a Japanese lesson, kid. I'm just sayin' they prolly mean the Sage-chan's more than Teishu-kun's. But if y'all wanna track down Teishu-kun, be my guest.

[ Teishu has been nice?? Sage has been mean. That's his plan and he's sticking to it. ]

He's a god. If that's to be taken as face value, he has his own agenda. They have their own brand of morality that might not align with ours.

Not to mention, just what I said a minute ago about names.

Look, Teishu-kun is bound here cause of Sage-chan, right? Guess ya figured that out too. He can't do shit as long as he's bound. What the fuck would learnin' his true name do ta help us?

If the Teishu is truly as old as his profile says he is, this could be the case. I assume you're familiar with the legends behind kotodama? His name could be serving a similar purpose.

I am. That's why I figured that might be linked to the method with which he's been bound. At the very least, it's worth a look.
